Wedding bells were heard in Santa Barbara, California, during the weekend, as comedian Kevin Hart married his longtime girlfriend, Eniko Parrish in a lavish ceremony in front of family and friends.
The two decided to tie the knot after a two-year engagement, but for those who keep tabs, it should be mentioned that the couple has been dating for more than seven years.
Hart was walked down the aisle by his two children from a previous relationship, 11-year-old Heaven and 8-year-old Hendrix, who also served as best man.
After the wedding ceremony on Saturday, the 37-year-old actor took time to share a shot of the happy moment with his followers on Instagram, adding in the caption: “#Harts what’s understood doesn’t need to be said!!!! #LiveLoveLove.”
Eniko too posted several photos of her and Kevin on the happiest day of their life, showcasing her beautiful wedding gowns and parts of the amazing décor. As you may have noticed, I used the plural when talking about her attire, because the 31-year-old model wore two dresses during the day, both equally stunning.
They were both custom Vera Wang gowns, embellished with hand-embroidered French Chantilly lace appliqués. Hart, on the other hand, wore a sleek black tuxedo by Musika Frere.
In an interview he gave last week, Hart gushed about his wife-to-be, saying, “I honestly can say that I’m lucky enough to have an amazing woman. I’m looking forward to getting married. We got seven years under our belt, been engaged for two. It’s time.”
In recent years, the actor and comedian have had a lot of success with his different projects, with a sold-out comedy tour and appearances in movies like “Central Intelligence,” “Ride Along,” and “Think Like a Man.”
However, Hart is a down-to-earth person for whom family always comes first, and he never wants to let fame get in the way.
“Regardless of my level of success, I don’t ever want to lose the family feeling of a home,” he said in a recent interview.
