Meyer Lemon-Tarragon Soda
- 2 Cups Carbonated Water
- 1 lb. Meyer Lemons (zested and juiced)
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Bunch Tarragon Leaves
Bring water, zest, tarragon and sugar to boil. Turn off heat, cover and let infuse for 15 minutes. Combine with juice, add carbonated water and serve over ice.
